This report, produced on March 13, 2024, by the engineering firm Gannett Fleming who the North Yuba Water District has hired to provide recommendations on how to improve the Forbestown Ditch. This report was not included in the North Yuba Water District's March 28th meeting. However, it was provided to the Yuba Water Agency Directors for their April 2nd meeting. At this meeting, the North Yuba Water District was requesting a grant for $865,410 to address "critical need" improvements to the Forbestown Ditch. Transparency this is not.
