Nevada Irrigation District Board President Rich Johansen penned this op-ed regarding the 55 percent unimpaired flow criteria being considered by State Resources Water Resources Control Board as part of the Bay-Delta water supply system. Nevada Irrigation District system is similar to South Feather Water and Power Agency's system and the same water delivery principles and concerns apply to both systems.
