The Fire Safe Council wants property owners in the fuels reduction project area, which includes a number of major roads in the Oregon House and Dobbins area to sign this RIGHT TO ENTRY FORM. By signing this form a landowner would be giving the foresters and contractors the right to come onto your property at will and start cutting trees and applying a herbicide 150 feet from the centerline of the road.
