On July 28 North Yuba Water District General Manager Jeff Maupin sent a letter to the California Natural Resources Agencyd Director Wade Crowfoot requesting an exemption from CEQA reporting requirements for piping the Forbestown Ditch. This letter was sent in secret and was only found by accident during a search on Google.
