This letter from the law offices of Paul Boylan demands the North Yuba Water District cure and correct Brown Act Violations when the District voted at their March 26, 2021 Board meeting not to release water for irrigation because the public was not properly informed that this action would be voted on. The letter goes on to demand the NYWD cure and correct a meeting of a quorum of Directors meet at Dry Creek Diversion Dam on or about March 26, 2021 to decide irrigation water issues. Note, at the April 23, 2021 Board meeting, several Board members denied this meeting took place.
