On March 31, General Manager Maupin called all the irrigiation customers with his explaination of why there is no irrigation water this year and saying it is because there is no Forbestown Ditch pipe. He did not mention that there could be water if the North Yuba Water District would work with South Feather to upgrade and better maintain this ditch.
